Tucson Artist Rose Collins has a beautiful selection of wildlife, western art and figurative paintings depicting the early western landscape of the west and southwest . Her subject matter is intended to evoke a reaction in the viewer. The eyes and facial expressions of her wildlife art  as well as figurative paintings are the bridge to the humanity and sometimes wildness of her subjects. Their facial expressions  reveal an array of emotions, perhaps the gentlest of hearts, shyness, or suspicion and fear. Rose's hope is that the viewer will hold onto the sensory experience long after viewing her work and come back to look again.
